As an Administrator at Aces Eye Clinic, you will be a key point of contact for patients, staff, and external partners. You will manage administrative tasks, support clinical staff, ensure efficient patient flow, and help maintain a welcoming and professional environment.Responsibilities
Answer phones, and manage enquiries professionallyBook and confirm appointments, manage schedules and diariesMaintain patient records and data entry (ensuring confidentiality and compliance)Liaise with clinicians, staff, and external providers (e.g. labs, suppliers)Support general office tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, mail)Assist with clinic communications, letters, emails, and patient correspondenceRequirements
Previous administrative or office experienceStrong customer service skills, friendly and professional mannerExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailGood IT skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systemsGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise under pressureExperience in the healthcare or ophthalmic fieldFamiliarity with medical/clinic management softwareWhat We Offer
