We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join the Food and Beverage team at our luxury 5-star hotel in Seaham, County Durham.As a member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalised service in keeping with the high standards of a luxury hospitality environment.Whether serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or private events, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to the highest standards of presentation and service. Develop a thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, wine and beverage offerings. Provide recommendations to guests and answer menu-related questions confidently. Prepare and maintain restaurant tables to luxury standards before, during and after service. Ensure all guest requests are dealt with promptly and professionally. Process bills and payments accurately using the hotel''s point-of-sale system. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety throughout all service areas. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
