Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare and reset tables to high presentation standards
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining environment
- Assist with the smooth running of hospitality operations
- Work effectively as part of a busy and dynamic team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or within hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Allergen Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
