This is a hands-on, guest-focused role where attention to detail, professionalism and genuine hospitality are at the heart of every interaction.Key responsibilities of the Waiter:Deliver exceptional food and beverage service throughout breakfast, lunch and dinnerPrepare restaurant sections to the highest standard prior to service, ensuring all mise en place is completeAccurately take food and beverage orders using the restaurant POS systemServe food and beverages efficiently, confidently and professionallyEnsure bills are processed accurately and in accordance with company proceduresMaintain excellent product knowledge to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendationsSupport colleagues across the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient serviceAssist with the preparation and resetting of the restaurant before, during and after serviceWork collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional serviceSupport supervisors and managers in maintaining operational standardsCommunicate effectively with the kitchen, bar and host teams throughout serviceDemonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues during busy periodsTake ownership of personal development and actively ..... full job details .....
