About the Role

A Waiter position is available with H&C Solutions at an elegant neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near St Katharine Docks in London. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £16 per hour plus generous cash tips, with a 45-hour weekly schedule. You will manage three to four tables within a brigade of over fifteen staff, supported by dedicated food and drink runners. The venue serves British cuisine, handling roughly 180 covers daily and up to 400 on weekends. We seek a professional who delivers polished service to a loyal, repeat clientele, ensuring every guest enjoys a refined dining experience. Prior waiting experience and a confident, courteous manner are essential for this busy, high-quality establishment.

Waiter requirements:

A highly experienced, passionate and humble Waiter with a proven employment history having worked within reputable guest led operations.
The successful Waiter will ideally have experience working within a similar style operation andndash; fine dining venue.
The ideal Waiter will need to be organised, self-motivated and available to work varied shifts (lunch or dinner).
A Waiter that takes pride in their appearance and has a natural way with both clients and their peers.
