VP/Lead Business Continuity andamp; Operational Resilience Specialist Fixed-Term Contract - £89,000 + Discretionary BonusHybrid Working - 2 Days per Week in Canary Wharf Spencer Rose is working in partnership with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Business Continuity andamp; Operational Resilience Specialist at VP level. This is an exciting opportunity for a resilience professional with strong expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Operational Resilience, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation''s resilience framework, supporting critical third party oversight, and driving the enhancement of BCM processes and controls across the business. The VP Business Continuity Specialist will have the following responsibilities - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business, providing expert guidance on Business Continuity and Operational Resilience matters Serve as the SME for Enterprise Continuity, Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience, with a particular focus on Third-Party Risk Management. Partner closely with Procurement and Third Party Management teams to embed resilience considerations throughout the third-party life cycle. Identify, assess, and mitigate BCM related risks, ensuring effective governance and control management.
