Currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Bank who are looking to further expand their Investment Banking Compliance Advisory team by bringing in a VP with good knowledge of ECM and MandA to support the front office. You will be responsible for providing real time advisory services on transactions and regulatory issues, as well as working to further their compliance framework.
