The jobThis is a first-of-its-kind new role at Flo Health. As VP of Corporate Development, you will be a strategic member of the CFO’s team, responsible for driving the company''s inorganic growth strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Mapping long-term growth opportunities and driving strategic planning
Identifying and structuring distribution partnerships to increase customer acquisition and unlock new channels
Partnering with third-party platforms and technologies for product integrations to enhance value and growth
Building and managing a pipeline of potential acquisitions to enable user base growth and market entry
Your ExperienceMust have:
10+ years of experience in corporate development, MandA, or investment banking
Proven track record of executing scaled MandA transactions from sourcing to integration
Strong communication skills within product and engineering teams on complex projects
Strategic vision with excellent cross-functional execution skills
Deep understanding of technology business models; knowledge of digital health and subscription markets is a plus
Financial acumen with knowledge of valuation and deal structuring
