VP Corporate Research TMT

An international banking group is seeking a VP-level TMT Corporate Research Analyst to deliver independent, forward-looking industry intelligence across EMEA. The role combines deep sector research, credit monitoring and transactional insight, with significant autonomy and senior stakeholder exposure. Client Details Our client is a leading international banking group with a strong corporate and investment banking platform across EMEA. Its Corporate Research function plays a central role in shaping strategy, supporting origination and protecting the balance sheet by providing independent, high-quality industry intelligence to senior stakeholders across the bank. Description This role sits within the Corporate Research Department, the bank''s dedicated industry intelligence and thought-leadership function. The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for the TMT sector, working closely with Front Office, Credit and Strategy teams in EMEA and globally. Key responsibilities include: Producing frequent, high-quality TMT industry updates and in-depth thematic research (approximately 3-4 major reports per year) Providing independent industry and financial insight on live transactions, including reviewing and adjusting financial models Conducting regular credit monitoring of key TMT exposures and identifying early warning indicators Supporting senior stakeholders with clear views on industry trends, risks and strategic implications Building strong internal networks ..... full job details .....
