About You and The Role CPRE, the countryside charity, is looking for an experienced and creative Volunteering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our volunteering strategy across the CPRE network. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how people from all backgrounds engage with our mission for a thriving, beautiful countryside for everyone. In this role, you''ll collaborate closely with staff and volunteers across England, coaching and supporting them to create welcoming, inclusive and engaging volunteer experiences. You''ll identify opportunities to strengthen the volunteer journey, from attraction and recruitment to engagement, voice and recognition, ensuring our volunteering culture is accessible, diverse, supportive and inspiring.
