About You and The Role This countryside charity is looking for an experienced and creative Volunteering Manager to lead the development and delivery of their volunteering strategy across their network of affiliated charities. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how people from all backgrounds engage with the organisation''s mission for a thriving, beautiful countryside for everyone. In this role, you will collaborate closely with staff and volunteers across England, coaching and supporting them to create welcoming, inclusive and engaging volunteer experiences. You''ll identify opportunities to strengthen the volunteer journey, from attraction and recruitment to engagement, voice and recognition, ensuring that their volunteering culture is accessible, diverse, supportive and inspiring.
