Volunteering Development Manager Salary: £28,980 - £30,475 per annum Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2029 - with likelihood of extension Hours: 35 hours (full time) Based: Compass House OX2 (or nearest BBOWT office), Hybrid working available, with travel across the three counties - Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire The Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust has a vision for "more nature everywhere, for everyone". What you''ll be doing: Working across BBOWT teams and with external stakeholders, the Volunteering Development Manager will help build a skilled and connected diverse volunteer community all working together for nature''s recovery, whether at centres managed by BBOWT or within communities throughout our counties. What we''re looking for: With experience of working with volunteers, you will use your person-centred approach to ensure that volunteers are supported to develop knowledge, skills and confidence to have a better volunteering experience whilst playing their part for nature''s recovery.
