We''re looking for a Volunteering Coordinator to join a dynamic and values-driven Education & Lifelong Learning team. This role is all about supporting and empowering regional volunteer groups to deliver high-quality events and services that align with organisational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact for multiple regional volunteer teams
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and newsletters
- Plan and support the delivery of online and in-person events
- Monitor volunteer group action plans and budgets
- Maintain CRM data and support performance reporting
- Help deliver volunteer forums and engage with internal departments
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong admin and organisational experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- Experience supporting volunteers or networks is desirable
- Flexibility to occasionally travel or work evenings/weekends for events
