Volunteer transformation learning lead

Are you passionate about helping people learn, grow and feel confident through change? We''re looking for a collaborative and creative volunteering transformation learning lead to help shape learning experiences that support volunteers and staff as Girlguiding embarks on an exciting period of digital and organisational transformation. Working as part of the volunteering and digital programme team, you''ll design and coordinate engaging blended learning solutions, including digital learning, workshops, webinars and resources. You''ll work closely with colleagues, volunteers and subject matter experts to ensure people have the skills, knowledge and confidence to adopt new ways of working. What you''ll be doing Designing and delivering engaging blended learning solutions. Creating and coordinating webinars, workshops and digital learning resources. Working with stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and develop effective learning interventions. Supporting change and transformation through capability development. Evaluating learning effectiveness and using feedback and insight to drive continuous improvement. Championing accessible, inclusive and learner-centred approaches. What we''re looking for Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across digital and face-to-face environments.
