      <description>Location: Stoke-on-trent | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our Prayerline call takers are all volunteers who have a passion for prayer and an intimate relationship with Jesus that desires them to see breakthrough in people''s lives. This role, as part of our staff team, will ensure that our volunteers as well as our callers have a safe and positive experience of telephone prayer ministry. In order to fulfil this role, you must be computer literate, able to monitor the call management system, analysing dropped calls and call waiting times but also ensuring that volunteers are able to log into and out of the system successfully. You will also need excellent people skills as you will be the primary point of contact should a volunteer have a difficult call and need prayer and support themselves, with escalation to the team leads when necessary. You will also be required to pray for callers should you notice that waiting times are becoming too long.
