Volunteer Officer: Communication and Engagement

The Role We''re looking for a collaborative and creative communicator to help strengthen how volunteers experience the Law Society. As our Volunteer Engagement and Communications Officer, you''ll play a key role in making sure volunteers across our Get Involved programme feel informed, connected, and valued. You''ll bring their stories to life, build meaningful engagement initiatives, and ensure their voices shape what we do. You''re curious and insight-driven, using feedback and data to continuously improve engagement and experience. Experience in communications, community or volunteer engagement is valuable, and an understanding of inclusive practices or membership organisations would be beneficial.
