What are we looking for?

We are looking for a thought-leader in email marketing to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to produce targeted, automated and ad hoc email communications to the PWN London membership database in line with our marketing plan. The ideal candidate will have experience in database communications, membership experience and email content creation.

What will you be doing?

What are we looking for? Responsibilities Email marketing Draft, edit, and distribute email newsletters to the PWN London database in line with the marketing plan, ensuring emails are sent time appropriate and with accurate content. Work alongside the wider marketing team to feed in thoughts on how emails can support the overall brand and marketing objectives. Email content Produce, edit and source appropriate and engaging content for regular email communications to the PWN London database, liaising with wider team, department and board members. Event communication Support event marketing plans with regular and engaging email content to members, and in line with event sales performance. Database management Monitor the health and wellbeing off the PWN London database of free and premium members, tagging contacts with relevant segmentation, periodic audit of engagement and archiving. Analysis and Reporting regular analysis of email open rate, click through rate and product conversion rate performance, quarterly reporting on performance to feed into board reports. Brand ambassador keep up to date with email marketing trends to provide guideline to aligne with PWN London’s values and mission. Approx time commitment per month 4 - 5 hoursSeniority level
