Volunteer Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our team of volunteers across the South Wales area. As the Volunteer Manager you will: Lead on promoting and developing volunteering within our service across South Wales. Leading on the recruitment and training of new volunteers. Provide line management for a team of volunteers ensuring high quality support to the victims of crime Ensure compliance with all Victim Support standards relating to volunteering. Build and maintain partnerships with relevant external agencies The role is home based and will include regular travel around the South Wales area.
