We are recruiting for a passionate and organised manager responsible for recruiting, supporting, training and engaging volunteers, ensuring they have a positive experience while contributing effectively to Bristol Dockyards goals and community impact. Our volunteers are at the heart of the visitor experience at Bristol Dockyards, helping bring Brunel''s remarkable ship and stories to life. The Trust creates rewarding opportunities for volunteers to learn, connect and make a difference, while ensuring they feel supported and have the necessary knowledge and skills to play a vital role in delivering our mission and values. As Volunteer Manager at Bristol Dockyards - Home of SS Great Britain - you will lead and grow our volunteer team of more than 140 volunteers, inspiring and supporting them to make a lasting impact. You will drive inclusive recruitment, deliver outstanding volunteer experiences, develop training and engagement opportunities, manage key volunteer systems and processes and work with colleagues to create meaningful volunteering roles.
