We''re looking for Volunteer Event Assistants to join our Investor Relations team for a special pitching and networking event. You''ll help organise the event that introduces our upcoming short film to industry professionals (think commissioners, supporters, and potential backers) through a pitch, QandA, and networking mixer. This hands-on role is a fantastic way to build your events portfolio and get front-row insight into how feature-length productions come together in a low-pressure enviroment.Location: Manchester Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid)What You''ll Do

Working alongside the team, you’ll help to:Scout and secure a venue that fits our budget and technical needsDraft the event schedule, from the film pitch through to QandA and networkingPersonalise invitations and manage RSVPs via email and industry contactsSend targeted reminders and confirmations as the event date approachesCoordinate branded materials (banners, signage, programs, handouts) with printers and designersEngage the audience: encourage questions, facilitate introductions, and gather feedbackWho You Are
