Volunteer Family and Carers Recovery Practitioner

As a Volunteer Family and Carers Practitioner, you will support the delivery of a wide range of interventions for service users. These will include: Advising and assisting service users to access wider services and support organisations. Offering one-to-one psychosocial sessions and checking in with clients. Facilitating Family and Carers Group, if needed Completing any administrative tasks. Promoting Family and Carers service throughout the borough of Merton.
