Volunteer Experience Co-ordinator

Summary As Volunteer Experience Co-ordinator, you''ll lead the development of inclusive, engaging and impactful volunteering experiences across the North and West Lake District Landscapes Portfolio. You''ll work with teams to grow and diversify volunteer involvement, ensuring volunteers feel valued, supported and connected to our cause. Salary: £16,567.20 per annum pro rated (based on full-time equivalent of £27,612) Contract Duration: Permanent Working Pattern: You will work 22.5 hours per week. We are flexible on how these hours are worked, but the role is best delivered primarily on-site, with a main base at our office in Keswick and regular travel to other locations across the property group. Some weekend, evening and Bank Holiday working will be required.
