Volunteer Experience Co-ordinator

Summary We''re looking for a Volunteer Experience Co-ordinator to join the team. Your role is to create positive, inclusive and flexible volunteering experiences for everyone. If you''re skilled at building relationships, and motivated to make volunteering rewarding and impactful, this could be the job for you. Based at Anglesey Abbey, you''ll work across the North Cambridgeshire Portfolio of properties, which also includes Wicken Fen, Houghton Mill, Willington Dovecote and Ramsey Abbey Gatehouse. You''ll help shape plans that connect communities with nature and heritage, creating experiences that are meaningful and inclusive. Reporting to the Community, Participation and Volunteering Manager, you''ll work with our Volunteer Managers to support over 600 volunteers working in a variety of roles across the portfolio.
