Base71 Youth Zone is looking for a Volunteer and Training Manager to lead and develop our volunteer programme, while coordinating learning and development opportunities for both volunteers and staff. Since opening in January 2026, Base71 has already welcomed nearly 8,000 young people as members, supported by a growing team of staff and volunteers. You will be the driving force behind volunteering at Base71, recruiting, onboarding, developing and supporting volunteers who help us create a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment for young people.
