Voids Surveyor

Surrey (Hybrid - office & site)
6 -12 month contract
-350 per day (Inside IR35)

A Surrey-based Local Authority is looking for an experienced Interim Voids Surveyor to join their voids team. You''ll join a small, growing team focused on improving void turnaround and delivering quality homes.

• Conduct pre and post void inspections
• Specify works and produce schedules for refurbishment
• Manage contractors to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met
• Ensure properties meet lettable standards and compliance requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver efficient void turnaround

• Background in voids or building surveying within social housing/local authority
• Strong technical knowledge of repairs and refurbishment
• Confident managing a mobile, site-based workload
• Good stakeholder and contractor management skills

• Supportive team with growth plans
• Hybrid working (office + site)
• Strong day rate and long-term contract
