Meet with outgoing tenants to explain property return standards, identify potential rechargeable repairs, and obtain signed recharge agreements where applicable. Undertake void validation inspections following receipt of keys to confirm or amend schedules of work and identify tenant-related rechargeable items. Take photographs and gather evidence to support recharge claims and ensure appropriate invoices are raised. Liaise with Asset Management and Capital Programme teams to identify planned investment works and agree the most effective approach to preparing properties for reletting. Produce specifications that ensure properties meet the organisation''s Lettable Standard while avoiding duplication of planned capital works.
