The successful candidate will undertake pre-works inspections, identify required repairs and improvements, prepare specifications and schedules of work, and manage contractors through to completion. You will work closely with housing management, lettings, repairs, contractors and residents to ensure properties are brought back into use as quickly as possible and to the required standard. Key Responsibilities Undertake detailed inspections of void properties and identify all necessary repairs, refurbishment and improvement works.
