Assess the condition of properties and identify all necessary repairs, maintenance and improvement works. Produce detailed schedules of work and specifications for void properties. Ensure works are appropriately scoped to achieve the required lettable / re-let standard . Identify health, safety, compliance and property condition issues during inspections. Monitor contractor performance, quality, progress and completion of void works. Carry out post-inspections and snagging to ensure works have been completed to the required standard. Authorise or recommend works in accordance with delegated financial limits. Monitor void turnaround times and work with internal teams to minimise delays.
