This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of void property works, ensuring homes are returned to a high lettable standard in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.You will play a key role in managing the voids programme, supervising operatives and contractors, and ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
