Voids SupervisorLocation: Staffordshire Rates: 19- 26 per hour (depending on experience) Contract: 6 months temporary to permanent- 39 hours per weekAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a housing provider in Staffordshire. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of void property works, ensuring homes are returned to a high lettable standard in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.You will play a key role in managing the voids programme, supervising operatives and contractors, and ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day void works programme across housing stockEnsure void properties are turned around quickly to minimise rent lossSupervise operatives and subcontractors, driving performance and productivityCarry out pre- and post-inspections to ensure quality and complianceMonitor works to ensure delivery meets agreed standards, KPIs, and budgetsCoordinate labour, materials, and schedules with planning teamsBuild effective relationships with contractors and internal stakeholdersEnsure all works meet health and safety standards and company policiesTrack performance, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement About YouProven experience in a Voids Supervisor, Repairs Supervisor, or similar roleBackground within social housing maintenance and repairsStrong multi-trade knowledge and understanding of property maintenanceExperience managing ..... full job details .....
