This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a strong background in social housing voids to oversee the delivery of refurbishment and turnaround works, ensuring properties are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day void property refurbishment programmes. Supervising operatives and subcontractors across multiple projects. Monitoring quality, progress, and performance on site. Ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales and budgets. Liaising with clients, residents, and internal stakeholders. Conducting site inspections and maintaining health & safety compliance. Managing materials, labour resources, and project schedules.
