Voids Supervisor

Job Description Supervise void property maintenance works across social housing properties in the Finsbury Park area Manage day-to-day activities of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards Coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure properties are completed within agreed timescales Carry out regular site checks and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to support the smooth delivery of void works Ensure all works meet company standards, contractual requirements, and relevant regulations Requirements Previous experience working as a Voids Supervisor within social housing or property maintenance Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum requirement) Where a trade or management qualification is held, evidence must be provided Strong knowledge of housing maintenance, void processes, and health and safety requirements What''s on Offer Opportunity to work with an established social housing contractor Long-term contract opportunity Competitive package Supportive working environment Immediate start available for the right candidate ..... full job details .....
