Repairs Supervisor - Social Housing WorksVoids Properties - Supervisory experience required min 2 yearsExciting Opportunity for growing team 27-29ph PAYE an hour - 36 hour week Joining us as a Repairs Supervisor, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI''s. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.You will manage team performance in line with company policy, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and responsibilities. You''ll hold regular review meetings and coach, mentor and motivate staff, ensuring development needs are identified.
