I m working with an established property services contractor looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join their team. This is a dedicated voids role, so you won t be bouncing between repairs, planned works and everything else.You ll be looking after a live programme of around 50 to 60 void properties at different stages, making sure the right trades are in the right place, work is moving, standards are being met and properties are getting handed back on time.You ll be covering Northamptonshire and Cambridge, with the office based near Kettering, this isn t a fully office based role, but there is an expectation that you ll spend time with the wider voids team as well as being out on site.What you ll actually be doingYou ll be involved from the point a property becomes void right through to completion.That will include: Carrying out initial inspections and identifying what work is neededProducing and reviewing scopes of workUsing Schedule of Rates and SOR codesKeeping on top of weekly WIPMonitoring turnaround times and making sure jobs don t driftCoordinating multi-trade operatives and subcontractorsCarrying out progress and completion inspectionsChecking quality and making sure ..... full job details .....
