Purpose of the Job - Voids Supervisor Supervise and coordinate the delivery of void property refurbishment and maintenance works, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard within agreed timescales and quality requirements. Manage and coordinate operatives and contractors, allocating workloads efficiently and monitoring progress to maximise productivity and achieve void turnaround targets. Carry out regular inspections of void properties to monitor workmanship, identify defects and ensure all works are completed in accordance with specifications, health and safety requirements and Lampton Services'' standards.
