This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for managing the turnaround of vacant properties, ensuring each home is repaired, refurbished and ready for occupation within the required timeframe. You will coordinate directly employed operatives and subcontractors, monitor work across multiple properties and maintain regular communication with the client. The role requires someone who can keep programmes moving, quickly resolve issues and maintain high standards of quality, safety and record-keeping.
