Voids Supervisor

We are representing a leading Housing Association in the Hastings area who are looking for a Supervisor to join their team covering the Void work.They are looking for an experienced Void Supervisor to manage a team of operatives covering all maintenance across the Winchester area.Duties:Supervision of the voids contracts ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productivelyEnsuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targetsLiaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may ariseEnsuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standardEnsure all client''s expectations are achievedEnsure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company procedureOverseeing health and safety procedures are being adhered to on sitesBe jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safeTo complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as requiredAttend inspections where necessary Key KnowledgePrevious Social Housing experience requiredExperience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projectsIT Literate Please send CV over and apply ..... full job details .....
