Voids Supervisor

The Role We are looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor to lead the operational delivery of our Voids service across Sussex. The Voids Supervisor will take full responsibility for ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard safely, on time, within budget and to the quality expected by our client. You will lead operatives and subcontractors, drive productivity, maintain commercial control and ensure every property is delivered right first time while achieving contractual KPIs. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the voids programme from inspection through to handover. Undertake detailed pre- and post-inspections, producing accurate scopes of work and identifying additional works where required. Manage direct labour and subcontractors to achieve programme, quality and productivity targets. Drive performance against turnaround times, budget, first-time pass rate, quality and client KPIs.
