Voids Supervisor

The Role We re looking for a proactive and organised Voids Supervisor to cover Essex. The role is to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our voids programme. You ll manage subcontractors on site, ensuring repairs and improvements are completed efficiently, safely and to a high-quality standard, in line with client expectations and contract KPIs. You ll be the key link between operatives, admin teams, client representatives and housing officers coordinating works, carrying out inspections, and resolving issues to keep the programme running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily delivery of voids works, ensuring operatives work productively and to required specifications. Carry out pre- and post-inspections, scope void properties, and raise accurate orders for approval.
