The Voids Service Manager will lead, develop and implement a strong management function to optimise service delivery and increase customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:To lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of operatives, supervisors, administrators, and schedulers and achieve a high-quality output and service.To proactively manage the availability of the team, directly and through line management, including annual leave, sickness, training and any other reason.To manage and monitor the cost and use of materials.
