Job Title: Multi Trader - Temp to Perm

Area: Bracknell

Pay: -24.80 p/h+van and fuel card

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

Nuco Solutions is looking for an experienced social housing Multi Trader to work on their properties in and around Bracknell. Van and fuel card provided.

Duties will include:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Floor laying
• Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
• Painting and decorating

Requirements:

• Strong all rounder
• Wide variety of trades experience
• Social housing experience
• NVQ Level 2 is desired but not essential
• Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Demonstrate knowledge of company values and behaviours
