We are currently looking for a Multi Trader to work on void properties across the Oxford area, carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works to bring properties back up to a high standard ready for re-let. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled Multi Trader looking for ongoing work, strong rates and regular hours, with materials delivered directly to site. The Role: Carry out general repairs and maintenance across void properties Complete a range of multi trade works including carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating Carry out making good and remedial works Repair or replace fixtures, fittings and damaged materials where required Identify additional works and report any issues requiring attention Work efficiently through properties to ensure they are ready for re-let Maintain high standards of workmanship and leave properties clean and tidy Manage your own workload and complete works within agreed timescales Materials supplied and delivered directly to site What We''re Looking For: St...
