Salary -22.50 per hour (Umbrella) -36,000 per annum (Permanent) Responsibilities Carrying out all aspects of void property maintenance to ensure homes are ready for new tenants. Completing a range of carpentry works including: Door repairs and replacements Kitchen fitting and repairs Skirting, architraves, and general woodwork Lock changes and repairs Undertaking multi-trade repairs including: Basic plumbing Tiling Patch plastering Decorating Identifying and resolving property defects within void properties. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within target turnaround times. Using a PDA/mobile device to receive, update, and complete job orders. Maintaining excellent health and safety standards at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative within social housing or residential maintenance.
