Interim Voids Coordinator 25- 27 per hour Umbrella 6-month initial contract Full-time Office-based 5 days per weekI''m currently working with a housing provider who are looking to bring in an experienced Voids Coordinator to support its Housing Property Services team on an initial 6-month contract.This is a busy, hands-on role and would suit someone who has strong previous experience coordinating void properties within a Local Authority, Housing Association or Social Housing environment.You''ll be responsible for helping manage the void process from key handover through to the property being ready to let, working closely with repairs teams, contractors, housing and lettings colleagues to make sure properties are turned around efficiently and to the required standard.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating void properties from start to finishMonitoring void progress and ensuring turnaround targets are metLiaising closely with contractors, repairs teams, housing and lettingsIdentifying delays, bottlenecks and properties at risk of missing targetsMonitoring contractor performance and quality of worksSupporting operational meetings and maintaining clear action logsUsing performance information and KPIs to track progressHelping ensure properties meet agreed lettable and refurbishment standardsSupporting invoice checks, spend monitoring and value for moneyKeeping all relevant teams updated throughout the void processThe service has a significant volume of void activity, so ..... full job details .....
