This is a busy, hands-on role where you''ll be responsible for helping to keep void properties moving efficiently from keys being returned through to works being completed and the property being ready to re-let. You''ll be working closely with repairs teams, contractors and other internal services to minimise delays and make sure properties are completed to the required standard. What you''ll be doing Coordinating void properties through the end-to-end process. Monitoring outstanding works, timescales and contractor progress.
