I''m currently working with a large housing organisation that is looking for an experienced Voids Coordinator to join its Property Services team on an interim basis.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you''ll be responsible for helping to keep void properties moving efficiently from keys being returned through to works being completed and the property being ready to re-let.

You''ll be working closely with repairs teams, contractors and other internal services to minimise delays and make sure properties are completed to the required standard.

• Coordinating void properties through the end-to-end process.
• Monitoring outstanding works, timescales and contractor progress.
• Liaising with repairs, maintenance, lettings and housing teams.
• Working closely with contractors to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
• Monitoring void performance and flagging properties at risk of delay.
• Keeping systems, trackers and performance information up to date.
• Attending operational meetings and keeping clear action logs.
• Supporting invoice checking and monitoring costs relating to void works.
• Helping to identify areas where the void process can be improved.
• Liaising with residents and internal stakeholders where required.

I''m looking for someone with previous experience within housing, property services, repairs, maintenance or voids.

Ideally, you''ll have:

• Previous experience coordinating voids or repair works.
• A good understanding of the void property process and turnaround times.
• Experience working with contractors.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT and administration skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• A proactive approach to resolving delays and keeping works moving.
