In this role, you will support void property refurbishment and maintenance works, helping to ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and ready for residents. Responsibilities: Carrying out general labouring duties within empty social housing properties. Preparing properties for re-letting by clearing rubbish, debris, and unwanted items. Removing and disposing of old fixtures, fittings, flooring, and materials. Loading, unloading, and transporting tools, equipment, and materials safely. Carrying out basic repairs and making-good works where required. Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards. Ensuring properties are being left clean, safe, and ready for re-letting. Following health and safety procedures and using PPE correctly. Reporting damage, defects, hazards, and additional works to the supervisor.
