This role is ideal for someone who is decisive, organised and committed to creating positive experiences for applicants, residents and colleagues. About the RoleAs our Lettings Manager, you will:Lead, support and empower a team of staff working across voids, allocations and lettings, ensuring they have the confidence and tools to provide an excellent service.Promote a culture of respect and fairness so applicants are assessed consistently, treated with dignity and offered clear guidance throughout the lettings journey.Maintain high performance standards, monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement in void turnaround times and overall service delivery.Ensure all void properties meet legal, regulatory and safety requirements, including fire, gas, legionella and building regulations.Collaborate closely with Local Authority partners, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure nominations, ..... full job details .....
