Offered initially on a 6-month contract with hybrid working, this role would suit a surveyor with strong residential property experience, a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage works from initial inspection through to completion. The Role You will be responsible for inspecting empty properties, identifying necessary repairs and improvements, and preparing schedules of work to bring homes up to the required lettable standard. You will also assess aids and adaptations for existing residents, ensuring properties meet individual needs and support safe, independent living. Working closely with contractors, residents, occupational therapists and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality, cost-effective works within agreed timescales and budgets.
