This is an excellent opportunity for a surveying or property maintenance professional with social housing experience to play a key role in ensuring properties are brought up to the required lettable standard and residents receive suitable aids and adaptations. Offering a rate of -400 per day on an initial 6-month rolling contract, the role combines property inspections, works specification, contractor management and the coordination of essential repairs and adaptations.
